Refund for Disney subscription
I need a refund from all the disney+ Charges that hit my account because of a billing error from Disney+.

From what I take of your post...you are subscribed to Disney + through Apple.
Apple does offer self service options for you to use to process a refund request >> https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before Apple makes a decision on your eligibility. If you are eligible for the refund it may take up to 30 days to receive the funds. The refund will go back to the original payment method used.
Please keep in mind that Per iTunes Store terms and conditions, all sales are final. So please do not be upset if you are not approved for your refund.
You may dispute the decision, and if it gets denied again...contact your bank to dispute the charges.
Apple does review your account and they're policies and that's how they make they're decision.

Apple does not control what features you have access to inside of your 3rd party subscription. For any issues with payment method that paid for your subscription, Apple could assist.

If you were not being billed correctly and not getting full access that you paid for, It would be best to just request a refund and contact app developer. You can always subscribe directly through Disney.
I just canceled my subscription of Disney+ Today because I got in contact with the Disney support chat to figure out why I couldn’t use all things that the bundle offered even though I was paying for the service! Apparently I’ve been getting billed wrong from Apple since I purchased the Disney+ bundle and I have receipts from the conversation saying that I need to contact Apple and get refunded because it was a billing error on their part.
