iPhone backups

I currently have the iPhone 13 Pro Max iOS 15.1.1 & I previously had the iPhone 8 Plus.

I have 2 different backups on my iPhone, is this normal?

the top backup is the phone I currently own, the bottom backup is the phone I no longer have.

Yes, it is normal. You can choose to delete the backup of that iPhone 8 if you no longer need it. Hope this helps!
