Hello, I am unable to see my 2021 replay playlist. It says I have not listened to enough music which I know is absolutely false. How can this error be resolved?

Same! I figured out why, though. I had my “use listening history” turned off 😒. Apparently Apple Music has guidelines to follow in order for them to generate your replay playlist. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210751. Hope this helps.

You might need to play more music. As soon as you've played enough music, check back to see your Replay Mix. See the 'How Apple Music Replay works' section in:
Apple Music Replay on the web - Apple Support
The last requirement is "A minimum amount of plays and time spent listening to a song, artist, or album" without specifying what that minimum is.
I have this issue too and listen to a lot of music on both iPhone and iMac. All other Replay years are available but 2021 has not shown up yet on my iPhone and browsing to the web shows me the message that I have not listened to enough music
