Safari Tabs Not Loading

My Safari tabs are not loading. When this happens I am unable to reload or see what websites tabs are not loading. My internet is a fast connection. Quitting Safari and launching it again does not fix it. Is this a memory problem? Multiple tabs work on my iPhone. Any suggestions?
