DISABLE? “Your screen is being observed” how to DISABLE / HIDE this Message / Notification Pop Up on the very top-right menu bar, which appears when someone screens shares?

brianbeck agree! there should be an option to keep it the way it's always been. We have a small company too and our employee not need to be notified that their screen is being observed. sometimes we need to observe if they do a good job without letting them know.
we also would like to report this issue to make apple more aware of the concerns... but how?

This needs to be addressed. When using Remote Management for employee compliance, they need not be notified that their screen is being observed. Why must apple change things, and then not leave an option to keep it the way it's always been. Is there anywhere else to report this issue to make apple more aware of the concerns of Administrators with Monterey clients?
I feel your pain.
We have a small company with about 20 Macs. The employees are notified that these are company machines and we may from time to time monitor them and we have it stated in our company handbook etc. From time to time, management may have an employee they feel is misusing company resources and they need to be able to view someone's screen without the person knowing. It's extremely rare, but sometimes it is necessary and an employer does have that right.
The "show when being observed" checkbox in the Settings->Sharing->Remote Management->Allow Access... Options List that you posted did hide the observer note when unchecked in El Capitan and previous versions of OS X.
In Big Sur, the checkbox was there, but it seemed like regardless of whether it was checked or not the "Your Screen is Being Observed" still popped up.
After upgrading to Monterey, the "Show when being observed" checkbox has been removed and now the new macs show the message on the login screen when we remote in and it will show a pop-up on the top menu bar when an admin remotes in while the client is logged in. Personally I like the user to know when I am remoting in so they understand why their cursor is jumping around on the screen and they know when I am done. But there are valid reasons for hiding this in a company setting.
I haven't found any way of disabling this and Google seems to concur.
It would be fine if these were owner owned devices, I applaud Apple's efforts to ensure privacy. However these are enterprise machines owned by a company and the option to toggle the message on and off should be the prerogative of the actual owner of the device IMO.
IMHO - that can not be done.
What one wants and is allowed are two different things.
Either turn off screen sharing when not in use or turn it on when needed and then the pop up will occur.
One can not have it both ways without performing a hack of the OS.
That is not going to get support from the ASC Forums and against the allowed rules governing the proper usage of their Forums.

its not about notifications center. its about this message which pops out when someone connects to my computer. i want this to be disabled / deactivated. maybe this can be done with terminal`?
i also CAN`t find This Option (take a look on the screenpic) this was avaiable on big sur! and i was able to uncheck the checkbox! where to find it in monterey?

In the native Sharing Applet >> Computer Setting
System Preferences >> " Sharing " and inside there are Sharing Option as to what the user wishes to Share.
To disable Screen Sharing >> remove the check mark
its not about deactivating the share option. its about deactivating THE MESSAGE that appears on TOP, when someone connects to my computer. i dont want this message to show.
