Click on this link for a document referring to 'How to deactivate your Apple ID account' --> https://support.apple.com/HT208503

Go to the section about "Can I reactivate my account?"

See if there's an issue with Apple's servers --> https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus

Click on this link for the document 'If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud' for additional suggestions --> https://support.apple.com/HT203512

There is otherwise no other Apple Support document specifically addressing your issue that I can find, but these links have been Recommended by Apple ( https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7417834 ) and others with this problem:

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled --> https://support.apple.com/HT204106

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID security --> https://support.apple.com/HT204169

Worldwide Support https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region

Choose your country. Some may have different languages available. If your country is not listed see if there is an "other" option for your region of the world. E.g.,

Thanks for your help.

I had gone through all this options before now.

This may be an issue of Apple ID lock or disabled Apple ID because it rejects my password and also says the Apple ID is not active.

I see the only option as contacting Apple Support but it seems there is nothing like that for Nigerians.

This is really a bad experience for me to be locked out from my phone with no possible ways of regaining access and I have not seen anything I did wrong.

I need a way to contact the support from Nigeria.

I am really in need of apple music because right now thats where I update my site with new music information.

I managed to see a twitter support but I have not got any response from a message I sent them.

I would have loved if there is any mobile number that they can be reached.

Finally, I will like to ask....Is there a way I can reset everything and forget my current account? I tried but it still brings me back to where I have to enter password and when I enter my password it will say Apple ID not active.

This is really a bad experience coming from Android to be greeted with this awkward issue with no support for such an expensive product.

I really need help now.
