PICKUP IN STORE

I am trying to purchase the iPhone 13 Pro Max and I’ve been on the site checking availability for two months and every time I get it and check out ASAP it is upsetting me that your order is not legible for pick up in store! So how do I purchase the iPhone And to call the customer service They get the same feedback and just start telling me different excuses one representative told me I need the phone is out of stock another representative told me that the store it’s not offer and pick up meanwhile when I called again and the store was offering pick up
