App not loading on series 7 Watch

Has anyone had trouble with the Commbank app loading on an Apple Watch? All apps are up to date with latest versions and Watch is paired with iPhone. The app works perfectly fine on the iPhone but has a loading icon on the Watch.

Apple Watch 4 Activity App not working Watch updated to version 7.0 worked fine for days, now the activity app won't load or record anything. Updated to 7.0.1 same problem. Now happening on wife's watch as well. Have erased watch and re-paired it, still happening.

Check with commbank,the app might not be compatible with WatchOS8/watch 7 combination.
