setting up new iPhone

Hi I'm in the process of transferring my data from an old iPhone to a brand-new iPhone I've got to the stage where it says "transferring data from..." and both phones are active: "time remaining: estimating..." is on the screen and it's just been like that for about an hour.

My Wi-Fi signal is strong so I don't believe it's a data transfer issue.

Data transfer from old to new device taking too long Activating new iphone 11 data is not transferring from old 7s. OS is the right version, device is unlocked and there is plenty of space. Data has been transferring for several hours. Any suggestions beside driving to the nearest store which is almost 50 miles away?

It took me several hours to transfer everything when I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
