Chrome keeps puting itself to startup items!

I have google chrome on my mac installed. On system preferences even though I remove Chrome from startup items, sometimes later Chrome opens automatically again. And when I check startup Items, I see Chrome back on the list!!! This is so annoying! How the **** can I fix it?

Chrome launches every time I login - even after removing from Login Items! Chrome launches every time I login - even after removing from Login Items! Every time I restart, Chrome opens. It's not in my login items in System Preferences. How do I get it to stop adding itself?

I now unchecked "open at login" option on dock menu I hope it works

Is there some setting within Google Chrome to disable the launch at Startup. Personally do not use Google Chrome so guessing.
