I am on my laptop. I have icloud on my windows. I am also using a VPN because I live in China. I have never had a problem in years. Just these last couple of weeks whenever I upload a file I get "icloud closed for maintenance." I can usually download one or two files before I get the message. Trying to download multiple files shuts it off immediately. It has happened four different days. Surely icloud isn't closed for maintenance everyday. How can this be fixed?
