Screen scratches - replacement

Hi, sorry for stupid question My iPhone 11 Pro Max have a lot scratches on screen It’s out of guarantee and not eligible for Apple Care. I think about screen replacement My question is Do I have replace whole screen for over 300£ or is there cheaper way to replace just first layer of screen? Here is no crack, touching works fine, there are just annoying scratches
