I'm trying to save my digital vaccine pass to apple wallet. It doesn't come up in actions. How do I save something there?

Can depend on where in the World you live.
All the ones I have seen have had an 'Add to Wallet' icon in the app, eg British NHS app.

I didn't have a save to wallet at the bottom of my download until I upgraded to IOS 15.1. That solved my problem.
