joint family plan but still asked to pay
I joined a apple music family play but when i try use it it gives me the prompt to pay for a subscription as if i haven’t joint a family plan

We understand that you’re part of a Family Sharing group but are unable to access the Apple Music family subscription.
Some basic steps we can recommend, and please test after each one, are to restart your device, check on the Family Organizer’s end to make sure the subscription is shared with you and signout and back in to Settings > Media & Purchases. Keep in mind, if you already have an Apple Music membership, signing out and back in will remove downloaded music.
