My watch not turning on, even after hard reset and appearing apple logo. Can you help me please?

Try all of the suggestions in this link from Apple, but if nothing helps, then schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options --> If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support
