i lost my SIM card tray holder is there a way I can replace it by using my old iPhone XS Max tray holder

I wouldn’t; the tray designs change frequently. You can try; if it fits withOUT forcing it will probably be OK. But you would be better off getting a replacement tray. Or ask your carrier if you can switch to an eSIM.
