I recently purchase an IPhone and unable to get the invoice can someone advise where I can locate it.. I checked under order status and it keeps telling me status which is delivered but not seeing invoice to print....help please..
You should receive an email with the invoice after the device was delivered to you. Typically this takes few days. In my case on two most recent purchases the invoice was emailed to me two days after the email where I was told the unit was sent to me.
Otherwise, it does sound as you view order using order number and your email which in my case it doesn’t show me the invoice option until I sign in with the Apple ID I have used to buy the product.
