What happens when you try? Error message(s)?


Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device. -


If necessary


Hard reset.     -


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      *


Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *

It keeps telling me that (cannot verify identity and this Apple ID is not active),I own 2 different iPhone,last month I decided to give my brother one because he misplaced his phone so on Friday I started receiving a notification from Apple that I should signing my Apple ID on settings but I ignored because I was driving back then,unfortunately for me I discovered that I can’t access my Apple ID anymore and I think I should be the one to allow any notifications coming up,it’s quite unfortunate!!!
