Hi it starts charging phones, external hdd but i can't work with data when i connect it with usb. All apple cables are new, and they working with other pc.
I'm checked box in finder to "show external disks". In system information (”usb”) it doesn't appear. In safe mode too.
But sd cards and flash disks are working.
So i have solved this question. In that shop where i bought this Mac i tried to return with 14-day policy but manager told me that we should try on other Mac's they have stored in showcase. And nothing happened. On Mac's with m1 processor (monterey) my external disk doesn't worked, but with Intel (monterey too) it works. We tried different connections and cables and with one of those cables starts this disc. In attachment you can see this "hub" . How he said, it works because this hub have different ports for different tasks. Usb for data, hdmi, and usb-c only for charging so when it connected with USB port in this hub, Mac doesn't think what should he do: charge or data transfer. When i connect it directly as i wrote in my first post of this topic it starts charging and work with data dont available.
But here's a question: why? Intel macs and windows pc can work directly, but M1 Mac doesn't.

It sounds like your external hard drives are not recognized by your Mac, and we're happy to help. What size is the external hard drive in question, and is this a USB-C connection or USB-A? Also, if you start the Mac in recovery and enter Disk Utility, does the hard drive show up?

In recovery mode doesn't show up. I use few cables usb-c - usb-micro b. External disk USB MyPassport wireless 4TB (file system exFAT). It is only charging, also i connect iPhone and it s to starts charging, but can't copy photos to Mac..
I was in an authorized service today, after several attempts to connect different devices, as well as install the drivers for my devices, they came to the conclusion that i should wait for update from apple because this is software problem.

Not an update from Apple that is the issue. I have no issue with M1 and USB devices. You must have some other issue. Can you return the unit (you have 14 day return policy)?
All my hubs are powered units which may be the difference. If the device you attach draws too much current it will not work especially with the M1 Macs.
