Forgotten Apple ID passcode

Hi, I’m writing for my dad. He has no access to his old email address and doesn’t remember the passcode to his Apple ID with that email address. He needs to back up his phone and change the Apple ID for his new one that he will be getting this week. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Apple ID/IPad passcode Why? (Looks painfully up at the sky).. my son has forgotten his iPad passcode, he also forgot his Apple ID password. My MacBook Pro died a sudden death and now I’m trying to recover his info. It’d be really nice if his Apple ID were linked to mine but I used his iCloud email. I suppose after two hours that I am just venting here. It should be simpler when kids are involved.. rant over, thanks.

Forgot passcode, Apple ID and email for iPhone 6 Plus Recieved a hand me down iphone 6 plus from my sister in the UK , it was linked to her apple ID ,then changed it to use my nephews apple ID .. my nephew got a new phone and had a new apple ID ... my problem ... my nephew forgot passcode ,apple ID and email linked to his old apple ID .. I followed the reset instructions using the computer but the phone needs the apple ID .. what do I do ?Theres no apple support store in Kenya where I reside [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If he forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
