Can't use/add cash to my Apple Cash card in Apple wallet.

I’ve set up, verified all info multiple times and still cannot use/add cash to my Apple Cash card in Apple wallet.

it’s giving me an error saying it’s my bank but when calling my bank they say it’s being declined because Apple isn’t sending a zip code with the transaction.

i have tried calling Apple multiple times and no one seems to know what’s going on or how to help. They all read the scripted trouble shooting and don’t know how to figure out why the zip code isn’t being included with the transaction when trying to add cash.

has anyone else had this problem?? Please help

try signing out of your Apple ID and back in
