However if you want to turn off Night Mode...
Internal lens reflection. Some extremes of lighting with night mode are just too much for any wide aperture camera. Avoid such situations
It isn't night mode that is the problem, its the lit-up numbers being 1000 times brighter than the surroundings.
Avoid such subjects or be prepared to photoshop them.
