Hi Apple,
ive had trouble turning my caller ID on and off and have had this same issue since I’ve had the iPhone 11.. I see other have had this issue since 2019 also. I’ve restarted my phones up to date, nothing works.. can you please fix this issue?? Or do I need to take my phone in and get a new one? I have Apple care this simple feature should work shouldn’t it??

Next, check for any carrier settings updates: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
If the issue persists, reset your network settings with the steps below from If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network:
"Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before."
