Just got my MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021), 16GB RAM and 8 CPU. Paid 1999+tax and 3 years Apple care. Everything seems good but the quality of picture or video on Zoom, Facetime or Photo Booth. Quality is pathetic. My Macbook 2016's video or picture quality is even better than this $2K mac.
Wondering if it is just the Mac I received or it is across the lineup.
Anyone else experiencing this.

@judysings That article is too generic to turn on lights and adjust the app settings. I am using photo booth and here is the quality? Can you give me instructions on how to adjust the settings in Photo Booth app?
