I'm trying to activate ny phone. i purchased this phone years ago. i lent it to a friend a year ago, but I'm trying to use it now, but his apple id is on my phone. how do i get into my phone and take his apple id off
You need to have your friend remove the phone from his Apple ID account. There is no other way to remove his Apple ID.
