Can apple upgrade the RAM on a 2014 Mac mini

Has anyone upgraded the RAM on a 2014 Mac mini Successfully?

Mac mini, macOS 12.0

Sadly the RAM is not removable on the Mac, even by Apple. For future reference, Apple doesn't perform hardware upgrades.

Apple would likely tell you “no”. The RAM is soldered to the logic board on that model.. making upgrades impossible.

thanks. last time I was at apple I spent 2 hours trying to have some kid fix my old Macbook got home fixed it in 20 minutes with an external hard drive.
