Apple Wallet, Changing Boarding Pass Time

Apple Wallet changed my train boarding pass time to one hour ahead of schedule, this resulted in me missing my train.

Why would Apple Wallet do this and is there a route I can take to get compensation?

I have screenshots (with sensitive information) when required and it has also changed the time of my next train too, thankfully I’m aware and will not be missing this one…
