apple watch side button stuck and digital button not responding

Hi ,

I admit I do sweat/perspire a lot from my daily work , I realize that my side button is not clicking anymore as well as my Digital Crown is not responding well , Apple promotes it watch to be used actively for a healthier lifestyle , yet human will perspire and sweat , long term the 2 main buttons may not be functioning leaves the watch useless ... as well I don't think much people will really take time to clean their watch throughly or maybe at all . I doubt too warranty will cover it ...
