"D" key not working after using dictionary shortcut

I'm using a Logitech MX Keys with my MacBook Pro. After using dictionary shortcut (Cmd + Ctrl + D) on either MX Keys or the internal keyboard, macOS refuse to input "D" into any text field, but the key press is still registered. https://youtu.be/VrSsHwsEd3g

Hey BLUE_5H,

It appears that after using a shortcut, the letter D no longer will be input into any text field on your MacBook Pro, either with your MX Keys or internal keyboard. If you haven't already, you can see if restarting your MacBook Pro may help: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac

Also, if possible, testing in safe mode can help isolate what might be going on as well, since safe mode runs checks on the disk: How to use safe mode on your Mac Let us know how those steps go.

Best wishes.
