Status bar ipad
Does anyone know what the meaning is of the four dots next to the wifi sign in the statusbar ?

Your WiFi+Cellular iPad has signal indicators for both Cellular (circled in your image) and WiFi.
As illustrated above, the four dots you have no cellular signal.
