Hi shreyanshv8,

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Wondering which device / PC / Mac you are using,

and

which Mac OS / iOS / etc. is installed on it.

Eg: To change the settings on iPhone:

Apple Support article:

Hear iPhone speak the screen, selected text, and typing feedback

Says:

Settings  > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Typing Feedback

Complete article: https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/iphone/iph96b214f0/ios

____________________________________________________________

On a Mac:

Click the Apple icon in the top menu bar

Choose System Preferences from the drop-down menu that opens.

Click on Accessibility in the small window that opens

Choose "Spoken Content" from the menu on the left in that window

Click to leave unchecked the option "Speak typing feedback"

Hope this works for you :-)
