Need proof of payment for my insurance company in order to be compensated

My Mac Book air that was bought for me in 2019 was stolen at a airport luckily I had flight insurance but I need proof of payment To be compensated by the insurance company I bought this laptop 2019 brand new and cannot find the receipt for it
