I want calls/notifications silenced from 12:00am to 9:30am every day but allow CALLS (not text messages) from my “Favorite” list. You know, like the “Do Not Disturb” I’ve used years before Apple decided I NEEDED the nonsense of “Focus”. Can someone (Apple) tell me how??

It pretty much works the same way.

Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb

toggle it on/off

Add allowed people and apps

Select other options

Schedule it or automate it.

Violà. All set
