Can I allow specific individuals to notify me of a call or voicemail even if I have notifications silenced at night?

While I have night time notifications turned off from 9pm to 5am, can I allow calls from specific contacts to notify me while notifications are silenced?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

You can set specific contacts to allow in the focus settings. Adding a contact to the allowed list will allow both calls and messages.
