Removing fake McAfee messages

I have a client with an Apple Watch. She continues to receive fake messages from McAfee saying that she needs to renew her subscription. I suspect that she has clicked on a fake text message or email and is being directed to a malicious website. She does not have any McAfee products installed on any of her computer devices. I need some instructions for how to go into the WatchOS settings and delete the website link that is sending these messages. Any help that you can provide with be greatly appreciated.
