Problem with right AirPod

Good evening, dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to ask you for a help, because I faced a problem. After updating my MacBook Pro to IOS Monterey - i have faced the following issue: when i connect my airpods to macbook, the right airpod doesn`t produce sound (very strange). When i use them separately - both work and produce sound, when together - just left airpod produces sound. Maybe there is possibility to back up to previous version of IOS, cause even whole macbook is laggin a little bit after update? (i hope)Help me, please, somehow to solve this issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,

Ivan.

Hey iOne4,

It sounds like you're looking to set a purchased song as a ringtone. We can understand wanting more information on that. We can help.

Ringtones are purchased separately from music. There would not be an option available to set a purchased song as a ringtone. You can learn more about that here: Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

For issues downloading the purchased song, we'd suggest the steps in this article: Redownload music

Thanks!

Good evening, dear Sir,

I would like to ask you one more question, and it is the following: always when I do the screenshot on my macbook pro 16 - they are stored in the main screen, I mean working table. Is it possible to change the place of storing them, maybe with the use of smartfolder?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,

Ivan.

Hey iOne4,

It sounds like you're looking to change the default save location for screenshots. We can understand wanting to look into that further. We want to help.

This article explains how to change the location for screenshots: Take a screenshot on your Mac

"Where to find screenshots

By default, screenshots save to your desktop with the name ”Screen Shot [date] at [time].png.”

In macOS Mojave or later, you can change the default location of saved screenshots from the Options menu in the Screenshot app. You can also drag the thumbnail to a folder or document."

Thanks!

I would like to ask you the following: I want to set one song on my ringtone on iPhone, I hope it is possible to do. I have purchased the song in iTunes, but I cannot download it: when I put the button "download" it returns to "download" and again, but the song didn't download. Could you help me, please? Looking forward to hearing from you!

Ivan.
