Left AirPod giving less sound while connected to MacBook

After updating my 2020 13" macbook to version 10.15.6 my 2nd gen airpods started giviving almost no sound from the left airpod when i connect to them from my macbook. They're just fine when I'm using with my iPhone and never had such problem using them with my macbook before. Issue is probably from the latest update. And I also tried disconnecting, reconnecting and removing the device, reconnecting both didn't work.
