Find iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 Max memory spec

I have these two phones which have been factory reset. I have the IMEI numbers. How can I find the installed memory quantity?

Apple does not disclose memory size on iPhones normally. However, both the iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 have 2GB of RAM memory.
If you mean storage capacity, rather than memory, the serial number will not tell you that information.

You would need the Part or Model number that starts with an M,N,F or P.

If you still have the boxes, the capacity is also printed there on the side.
