I tried to sign out of iCloud and sign back into iCloud but on my Pages App it keeps coming up with this when I want to access documents (they are on my iPad but iPhone won’t retrieve them - yes I have tons of memory on my iPhone also) - help please….

So I saw where there was a software update needed on my phone and I just did the update and everything is coming through now (thank goodness)… thanks for your help…
What other relevant facts have you not told us after thoroughly reading the article I linked above?
This might include such things as assuring the relevant documents are on iCloud Drive, operating system version numbers on all Apple devices, assurance you’re using Pages 11.2 on all Apple devices, discussing why the iPhone is treated as a new device, if you’ve been able to access other items associated with your Apple ID on the iPhone, recent Apple ID and/or password changes, etc.
I did get a 6 digit code to confirm (it sent to my iPad and I put it into my phone). It’s like Pages on my phone is frozen with everything in the ‘cloud’. Other thoughts??
