Hi, I have an iPad Pro and I am having issues saving any files to google drive. I am able to view the files just fine, but when I go to save anything it says I need to authenticate before accessing this item. I don't have the privacy screen setting on in the google drive app so I'm not sure why it's doing this. I was able to save to google drive at one point but it one day stopped. Can anyone help? Thanks!

If problems persist, delete the Google Drive App from your iPad - and then perform a forced-restart of the iPad before attempting to reinstall the Google Drive App.

Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)
If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:
Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.

Presumably you are attempting to access Google Drive from the native Files App?
If so, ensure that you have signed-in to your Google account from the Google Drive App - that you will already have installed on your iPad. The Google Drive App provides integration with the Files App.
