Virus

Something came up on my phone saying when u was in safari that your iPhone was 26 virus and that click here or all your contacts will be deleted is it real or fake because it said Apple security at that top and it said to download this app to protect your phone and the app has a 5 star rating and I can’t remember the name of the app so what should I do????

Virus on my iPhone? I don’t know wether iPhones get viruses but most of the time when go on either google or safari it will tell me a have either 1 or 2 and today I have 13. I don’t know how and I guessed it was probably just scammers because they put a link at the bottom but it was just to random app. I know I shouldn’t have pressed the app link but I went on full shutdown. I turned my iPhone off then researched how to get rid of a virus and I did safety check and now I feel more secure but not fully because throughout the whole process safari and google weren’t in the safety check I did,not from what I saw. Help please

Virus? I clicked on a website and something popped up saying my iPhone was infected with a virus and to click on this at the bottom it would take you to Apple apps to download the app that will get rid of 4 viruses on my phone. It also had a timer counting down from 4 minutes. Anyone had this happen before? Is it real?

Iphone - Fake Apple Virus Warning I receive what it seems to be an Apple warning saying that my phone was infected with 29 virus. I downloaded the app called 'guardize' which was supposedly recommended by Apple. Then, they asked me to introduce my apple password but I did NOT do it. I've also deleted the app called 'guardize' from my phone. Is my phone data compromised?

It's 100% scam, delete it and move on.

Note: You don't need any app promoted by scare tactics.

Note: on an unmodified iOS, no virus can run on an iPhone.

All these criminals are using scare tactics so stay vigilant.

All you need to do is keep iOS up to date.
