Hello Joramw,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that your iPhone volume turns down by itself when you receive phone calls.

Does this happen with or without headphones? Trying both might help to isolate the issue. From Settings > Sounds & Haptics (or Sounds on some iPhone models), is Change with Buttons enabled? Does changing this setting impact the results? Check out Adjust the volume on iPhone for further helpful information regarding volume controls.

Take care.

It lowers the volume automatically only when I and connected to my hearing aids through Bluetooth. Normally I have the hearing aids volume (not using phone) set to 50% level, which is comfortable when watching TV. When I increase the settings in Accessories, hearing aids, volume.........The phone volume tracks it.

Is there a way to separate the two?
