have not recieved the money

Hello Apple, on November 20th. I pressed the wrong button and bought a Meitu item (named Yearly Auto-renew VIP), I apologize for the mistake, as I'm not tech savvy. And I asked for a refund, Apple approved and wrote the status: Refunded. But I have not received the money in my account. Due to covid I don't have a job so I need money to pay for my meals and living expenses. Hope Apple review and this my case. Thanks Apple!

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.

If the one used is no longer valid or you can't wait that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.

Niel provides a link to the document talking about refund times. You should refer to that* because the exact time can vary according to payment method (a bit more than was addressed in the second reply). After you request a refund you'll receive a status update by email within 48 hours. If your request is granted, the money is returned to the payment method you used. The time it takes for the money to appear on your account or statement depends on the payment method:

- Store credit (e.g., Apple ID balance): up to 48 hours

- Mobile phone billing (payment through your phone service carrier): Up to 60 days

- Other payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card): Up to 30 days for it to appear on a statement.

For apps and media you can also sign into https://reportaproblem.apple.com to check if the status of your item is "Refunded".

Hi,

Once the request for a refund has been submitted, whether it be online via RAP or by contacting Support, there is a 48 hr timeframe where the request is evaluated, and then either approved or denied.

If approved, the reimbursement timeframe starts on the day you received the approval. So, if you requested the refund on 11/20, you should have received the approval on 11/22.

The refund should arrive back onto the original payment method used for the purchase within a few business days, and may take up to thirty days to post on your bank statement as a refund/credit adjustment. If you do not receive your refund within 30 days, contact Apple Support. As of right now, no further action is required.
