I can’t take screenshots on my iPhone SE

I can’t take screenshots on my SE, but I did few days ago. Also I can’t reboot the iPhone. I’m holding the two buttons at the same time, but it doesn’t work. Need your help! Thanks in advance

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
