Strange screen iPhone see photo

Does someone’s knows why this text message from my phone suddenly appears in the right corner of my phonescreen? And what can I do about it?

Texting to iPhone a weird symbol or App appeared, am I hacked? Does anyone know what this thing is? Have I been hacked I am really worried. iPhone hacked & locked via text message? Received a text message notification this morning. First pic is a still shot of what the screen looks like. It actually writes “hello” in several different languages,” & tells me to swipe up to open. I haven’t, but I did hit the information button (if hack wasn’t already in play, that probably did it), & the second still shot is what came up? Anyone seen this? Have I been hacked? What do I do to unlock it!!! [Image Edited by Moderator to Remove Serial Number]
