my iphone locked to owner

2 days ago i changed my passcode and forgot what i changed, then i simply watch a video on youtube"how to remove passcode" on that video he just format his phone with itunes on windows pc ,, and erase all data and his fixed , bassically its my 2nd iphone and low old model 6s thats why hadnt any important file to keep thats why i just reset it with my pc on itunes, and after its done its locked to owner, here i need apple id and password , well i remmember the password of my apple id , but forgot the apple id and havnt that email , its showing my email like i*****@cloud.com .. :") show me the full email . i remmember the password even have the mobile number what i used to verify it while created this apple id ,, i used apple icloud mail. kindly help me someone ,
