iCloud

I tried to open the numbers app and all my files which were saved in iCloud are gone.

The same thing happened with pages.

it shows a message mentioning iCloud Drive is loading and nothing happens.

Hello Multitasking,

From your post it appears you are not able to see any of your iCloud files.

Power cycle the iPhone using these instructions: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support. While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.

If the issue continues, are you able to access the files using another device? This will help isolate the issue.
