Set limit on Apple Pay

How to set a limit on single transaction on contactless Apple Pay? For physical card contactless payment in UK it is £100.

You cannot set a limit through Apple Pay since it is just a digital wallet. You should contact the card issuer to see if they will assign a limit to your card. the other option is discipline.

Card issuer has £100 limit on single contactless transaction. However Apple Pay does not apply this rule somehow.

i find this unusual as how Apple Pay can breach this financial regulations and FCA has nothing to comment.

This sounds like an issue with the terminal management system. We go through a certain company but each business can decide who they go through. Apple Pay cannot control spending limits since it is only a contactless method for using your own card.
