Scan with iPhone X

I am trying to scan with my iPhone X. When I open Notes on my iPhone X I do not see the camera button. How can I scan with iPhone X?

Notes app scan text Hi I hope you can help. I updated to iOS 15.7.4 on iPhone 7. My notes app still does not provide the option to scan text. Notes App Doesn’t Have Scan Option for iPad For some reason, the photo icon and scan option does not show up on my iPad but does show up on my iPhone. Does the Notes App really have the scan option or is it just for iPhones?
