I am trying to get support while unpairing my old apple watch, but support asks for my serial number which I cannot find out because the watch app is busy unpairing my apple watch.

My real problem is that I am unpairing my old apple watch, but it is telling me to wait some time..

Maybe I am inpatient, waiting 20 minutes. Somewhere in the process the watch app asked for my password, which it refused, yet after some time the process seemed to continue...

I am worried something is going wrong. The unpairing worked at least partially. I can no longer see the

old apple watch in my devices.
